The Brief
Aldermore Bank set out to deliver its first ever Month of Impact, a month long programme designed to bring the bank’s purpose to life and help colleagues better understand how Aldermore’s commercial activity creates real societal impact.
Rather than a single moment, the brief called for a connected series of live, hybrid and virtual experiences, supported by meaningful content that could be reused well beyond the campaign itself. The programme needed to engage colleagues across multiple locations, work seamlessly for both in room and remote audiences, and culminate in the launch of Aldermore’s 2025 Report to Society. Consistency, clarity and accessibility were critical, alongside a strong technical foundation that allowed the content and storytelling to take centre stage.
Objectives
- Support a month long programme of live, hybrid and virtual events
- Deliver reliable broadcast quality experiences across multiple office locations
- Create meaningful content that clearly demonstrated Aldermore’s societal impact
- Engage colleagues across the business, both in person and remotely
- Develop reusable digital assets that would support future onboarding and engagement
What we did
We supported a series of hybrid town hall events at Aldermore’s London, Manchester and Cardiff offices. Each event was designed to work for in room audiences and colleagues joining remotely via Microsoft Teams. Our team provided full onsite technical delivery, including audio, lighting, presentation playback, cameras and live broadcast infrastructure, ensuring a consistent experience across all locations.

Multiple cameras, professional audio capture and broadcast workflows ensured clear, reliable live streams to the wider business, with the flexibility to adapt to different spaces and formats throughout the month.

Our camera teams travelled nationwide to capture authentic stories that demonstrated how Aldermore supports businesses and individuals. These films became a core part of the Month of Impact narrative, grounding purpose in real world outcomes and lived experience.

The environment allowed colleagues to explore different areas of the business, structured around Aldermore’s core pillars. We filmed team members against a green screen and integrated them into the 3D world as avatars, creating a more personal and engaging experience than traditional internal platforms.

This included a filmed interview with Aldermore’s new CEO, recorded at their London offices, and the official launch of Aldermore Town. The 3D environment remains live for current and new employees, forming a long term engagement and onboarding tool beyond the campaign itself.
